Autism's Angels Gala
Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 11:53AM
Saturday, April 16 marks FEAT's annual Autism's Angels Gala. This event is an opportunity to highlight FEAT's involvement in the community and honor friends of FEAT that make it all happen. Now more than ever is it imporant to expand services, outreach, and funding within the Southern Nevada autism community.
FEAT of Southern Nevada continues to meet the needs of parents, children, families and friends impacted by autism. With health care challenges, the recent reduced educational funding, and limited access to services, it is necessary that FEAT remain strong and able to serve our local community with direct programs, funds, and services.
This year's gala will honor educators and the institutions that offer opportunities for children with autism, including Karena Fisher from Cumorah Academy, Barbie Lauver from Achievement Academy, New Horizons Academy, Scott Ober from Solomon Schechter Day School, Angela Tripp with the Social Club Program–Clark County School District, and the recipient of the Special Angel Award, Marcus L. Conklin the Majority Leader of the Nevada State Legislature.
The gala will include an amazing auction, a seated dinner, and celebrity chefs. Purchase your table of ten prior to April 10 for $2,500. This includes a half page ad in our gala program. If purchased after April 10, cost is $10,000/table. Reserve your table now, call Julie at 702.325.5678, or FEAT at 702.368.3328. See flier below for details.
